Anxiety has virtually become an epidemic in modern culture. Young people today are more anxious than ever. The number of individuals seeking professional counseling and medication for anxiety related symptoms is increasing dramatically. What does the Bible have to say? Are we helpless in the face of these powerful feelings? Not at all. We can't choose what we wrestle with, but we can choose who we turn to. In Christ we can find anchors to keep us from spinning out of control when anxiousness strikes!
